Two exciting opportunities to join the HEY Confident Futures team

Two Ridings is looking for two new team members  for the HEY Confident Futures team, who embody the HEYCF values and bring their enthusiasm and expertise to our leadership network. These part-time roles will give the successful candidates an opportunity to grow, shape and nurture our programmes of support, creating lasting impact across Hull and East Yorkshire.

  • Communications and Events Coordinator – 15 hours per week
  • Programme Coordinator – 15 hours per week

Location: Home-working with the ability to travel throughout North & East Yorkshire, including regular travel to Hull, East Yorkshire and York

The HEY Confident Futures Communication and Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering engaging content, using a range of digital platforms to enable HEY Confident Futures members to access all the leadership development network offers. You will ensure we have effective and regular engagement with HEYCF members, partners/supporters and the organisations we work alongside. You will support the HEYCF Programme Manager to deliver a programme of networking and development activities, liaising with programme consultants, delivery partners and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of activities and maintaining accurate records for evaluation and monitoring purposes.  You will ensure members get the most from the network and membership records are accurate and comply with all regulations.

Working with the HEY Confident Futures Programme Manager, the HEY Confident Futures Programme Coordinator will support the development, design, recruitment, delivery and evaluation of our Coaching, Mentoring and New To Leadership programmes. You will liaise with programme consultants, delivery partners and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of these programmes, maintaining accurate records for evaluation and monitoring purposes.  Working with the HEYCF team, you will promote, publicise and demonstrate the impact of these programmes and offer 1-2-1 support to HEYCF members to ensure they access the support they need. You will co-facilitate and support networking and development activities as required.
