Celebrating 25 years of community impact with you
As we mark this special milestone, we’re celebrating all we’ve achieved together – and looking forward to what we can do in the next 25 years.
We’d love you, the community organisations we fund, to join in.
Be part of our Anniversary Time Capsule
To celebrate, we’re creating a special time capsule – one that tells the story of our communities, our shared history, and our hopes for the future. And we’d love for you to be part of it.
You can contribute something that captures who you are and what your organisation stands for today. It might be:
- A photo, letter, or a short piece of writing
- A handmade item or meaningful keepsake
- Anything unique that reflects your mission and the people you support
The capsule will be unveiled at our Celebration Event on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at York Art Gallery, before being buried in a local community garden – a lasting symbol of the change we’ve made together.

Other ways to get involved
If you’d like to take part in another way, we’d also love to hear from you. You could:
- Share a written memory of how Two Ridings has supported your work
- Send us a favourite photo (with permission to share) that shows your impact
- Help us spread the word by sharing our 25th anniversary campaign on social media
We know time is precious, and there’s no pressure. But if you’re able to contribute, we’d love to include your voice in this special moment.
