Celia McKeon

Celia joined Two Ridings as Chief Executive in May 2023.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in the voluntary sector, having worked locally, nationally and internationally, and her expertise includes organisational leadership, charity management, grant-making and conflict resolution. Previously the Chief Executive of Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT), her career has always focused on accompanying and advocating for the roles of people and communities in driving social justice and social change.

Outside work, Celia enjoys wild swimming, singing and time with her teenage children.
