Two Ridings has launched a new 5-year plan — a hopeful, community‑led roadmap for the future. It’s built from the insight, creativity, and resilience we’ve seen across our region, where community groups are meeting rising challenges with determination and belief in what their places can achieve. Through careful listening, they’ve shared both the pressures they face and the strengths and aspirations already driving change. This strategy strengthens what works, supports what needs to grow, and invests in the conditions for everyone to flourish.
